I lead UX and accessibility for government, healthcare and enterprise products: 100+ applications and 15M+ users over 10+ years. I grew a UX practice from 1 to 5 designers, guided five delivery teams on a statewide benefits program, and built an accessibility testing process whole teams can run. A statewide benefits program serves residents applying for assistance and the caseworkers who process their applications. I restructured how UX supported five delivery teams, built an accessibility testing practice the whole team could run, and set up a shared design system. Caseworker time-on-task dropped 25% and accessibility bug reports fell about 30%.
